Puerto Galera Online Services answered the call for this essential service. However, at the onset, there is a need to change mindsets, find agreements between competing ferry owners and overcome daily obstacles in connectivity and organization. In short, in this part of the world, it is never easy.

What happens when you book online or make an advance booking request?
Puerto Galera Online Services process your order and confirms the booking when you pay the required payment.
There are and there will be cancellations that will happen. When this happens you get notified as soon as we get the news. You are given options to book for the best available and closest trip schedule or you get a refund.
For example: Nena booked the X Ferry to depart at 10:00 am. However, for whatever reason, X Ferry cancelled the trip. Our staff will call Nena to inform and give her option Y Ferry which will leave at 10:30 am. Or Nena will be given a full refund.
All schedules posted in this website are subject to change without prior notice.
Shipping companies are the ones that can make and change the schedule. Puerto Galera Online Services shall not be responsible for any change in schedule, delays and cancellations.
PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT PASSENGER/S MUST BE AT THE TERMINAL AT LEAST ONE (1) HOUR BEFORE DEPARTURE TIME TO AWAIT THE THE BOARDING PROCEDURE OF THE FERRY.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Puerto Galera Online Services website to book a ferry ticket, transport service, or tour package, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.
2. Booking Policies
Ferry and Transport Services
- Booking Information: Passengers must provide accurate details, including departure/return dates, routes, passenger information, and contact details.
- Payment: Payments must be completed through PayMongo, PayPal, Direct Bank Transfer, or GCash. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a successful transaction
- Confirmation: Once payment is confirmed, a booking confirmation and travel itinerary (PDF) will be sent via email. This must be presented at check-in.
Reservation Fees
- To confirm a reservation, a Reservation Fee is required. The amount and payment instructions will be sent via email.
- Payments can be made via Bank Deposit, Direct Bank Transfer, GCash, or Credit Card through PayPal’s secure portal.
3. Cancellation, No-Show, and Refund Policy
- No-Show: If a passenger fails to appear, the full amount of the package will be charged.
- Guest-Initiated Cancellation:
- 1 day before arrival: 35% of the total package will be forfeited unless the reason falls under force majeure.
- Company-Initiated Cancellation:
- If due to force majeure (natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, etc.), Puerto Galera Online Services will issue a full refund or offer rescheduling.
- If rescheduling is not possible, both parties will agree on a fair settlement.
4. Passenger Information
- Accuracy: Passengers must provide accurate names, ages, and identification details per government regulations.
- Government-Mandated Discounts: Passengers eligible for discounts must present valid ID for verification.
5. Waiver and Release of Liability
General Waiver
- Puerto Galera Online Services, its owners, officers, and employees shall not be held liable for any injury, loss of life, or damages arising from shore/land transfers, excursions, or other activities.
Tour and Activity Waiver
By booking a tour, the guest agrees to:
- Waive any claims against Puerto Galera Online Services and its staff for personal injury, death, property damage, or loss, including those caused by negligence.
- Accept inherent risks involved in travel, such as physical exertion, weather conditions, and unfamiliar terrain.
- Allow emergency medical treatment at their own cost if required.
- Grant permission for their likeness (photos/videos) to be used for promotional purposes.
- Comply with tour guide instructions to ensure safety, understanding that failure to do so may result in removal from the tour.
6. Force Majeure
- Puerto Galera Online Services is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, extreme weather, or government-imposed restrictions.
7. Legal and Governing Law
- Exclusive Venue: Any disputes shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they shall be referred to the appropriate court in Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro.
- Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
